Withdrawal information

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

For an order involving multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may notify us of your withdrawal, for example, by email or letter. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.

As a general rule, we use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods

After exercising your right of withdrawal, please return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed with us.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the goods' condition, properties, and functionality.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of cancellation does not apply in particular to goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture depends on an individual selection or determination by the customer, or that have clearly been tailored to personal needs.

This may include, in particular, jewelry explicitly made to the customer's specifications or personalized, for example:

• Jewelry featuring individual engraving
• Individually custom-made designs
• Jewelry featuring explicitly agreed individual designs that deviate from the standard model
• Other clearly personalized items made to the customer's specifications

Whether an order qualifies as an individually custom-made item depends on the specific design of the ordered piece of jewelry.

Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, Rosy Lab Diamonds grants a voluntary return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods for standard items that are neither personalized nor individually custom-made.

After the statutory cancellation period has expired, a return may be made under this voluntary return policy provided that the item is in perfect, unworn condition.

The item must show no signs of use, and any existing tags must not have been removed. Please do not remove tags until you are certain that you wish to keep the item.

Personalized items and individually custom-made items are excluded from the voluntary return policy.

The voluntary 30-day return policy does not affect your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of cancellation and your statutory warranty rights.
