ROSY CLUB: Your Guide to Rewards and Participation
Eligibility and registration:
● The ROSY CLUB is available to all Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds customers in Europe who shop at www.rosylabdiamonds.com .
● No purchase is necessary to participate, however rewards awarded through the ROSY CLUB can be used toward future purchases.
• To register, you must create an account at www.rosylabdiamonds.com . Accounts can be created during purchase or by registering at https://www.rosylabdiamonds.com/register .
● Customers with existing accounts will be logged in automatically.
● Subscribing to the ROSY Guest List email newsletter and/or SMS subscription list is optional but may limit communication about eligible rewards and special offers.
● Customers who do not wish to participate in the ROSY CLUB can use the "Checkout as Guest" function.
Earn ROSY Cash Rewards:
● Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds may award ROSY Cash rewards for certain customer actions such as social media interactions, successful referrals, product reviews or other defined actions.
● Opportunities to earn ROSY Cash rewards are highlighted on the ROSY CLUB page at Rosylabgrowndiamonds.com/rosy-club.
Program changes and termination:
● Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds reserves the right to change, add to or terminate the ROSY CLUB program at any time at its sole discretion.
● Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds reserves the right to remove a customer from the ROSY CLUB program if the customer is found to have violated the program terms and conditions.
Geographical restrictions:
● The ROSY CLUB is only available to European customers who have their order delivered to a European address.
● International customers are not currently eligible to participate.

At Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds, we love rewarding our loyal customers. The ROSY CLUB is designed to offer you exclusive benefits and enhance your shopping experience.
● Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds will, at its sole discretion and subject to change, reward ROSY CLUB members for certain activities.
● The main benefit is the awarding of ROSY Cash, which can be used for future purchases on RosyLabDiamonds.com.
● Additional benefits may be introduced in the future and communicated to eligible ROSY CLUB members.
Earn and use ROSY Cash:
● Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds sets the amount of ROSY Cash that can be earned and may adjust the reward amounts from time to time.
● Customers can visit the ROSY CLUB page to view eligible activities and current reward values.
● ROSY Cash rewards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

● We recommend that you visit the ROSY CLUB page regularly for the latest updates and earning opportunities.
● By joining the ROSY CLUB you will be part of an exclusive community that enjoys extra sparkle with every purchase.

ROSY Cash Terms and Conditions How to earn, redeem and use your rewards
Using ROSY Cash:
● ROSY Cash rewards are applied as a discount to the merchandise subtotal.
● When a member has earned enough ROSY Cash, the discount can be up to 100% of the merchandise value, making the item free.
● The merchandise subtotal is the merchandise price after any applicable discounts or price changes and before any taxes, shipping, handling or other charges.
● ROSY Cash cannot be redeemed for shipping and handling fees.
● ROSY Cash cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
● Members are solely responsible for redeeming their ROSY Cash by logging into their member account at the checkout.
● ROSY Cash has no actual cash or monetary value and can only be redeemed for discounts on new purchases of Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds jewelry.
● ROSY Cash will not be paid out to a member in cash for any reason.
● ROSY Cash rewards may take up to 48 hours after a purchase to appear in the customer account.
Returns and ROSY Cash:
● Products purchased with ROSY Cash can be returned.
● When purchasing with ROSY Cash, refunds will be made to the original payment method.
● ROSY Cash used to purchase the returned item will be credited back to the customer's account.
ROSY CLUB Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The ROSY CLUB referral program allows ROSY CLUB members to recommend Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds to their friends and family.
Authorization and valid recommendations:
● ROSY CLUB members must be logged into their Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds account.
● Members must enter a valid email address for their friends.
Referral Rewards and Restrictions:
● Referred users will receive a one-time code for €125 off their first purchase over €1,000.
● Members cannot recommend themselves using alternative email addresses.
● Existing Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds customers are not eligible for referral discounts or ROSY Cash rewards.
Earning and using ROSY Cash rewards:
● When a referred friend makes a qualifying purchase, the ROSY CLUB member earns €125 in ROSY Cash.
● ROSY Cash can be used for any future purchase.
Returns and ROSY Cash:
● If a referral purchase is returned, ROSY Cash Rewards may be removed from the member's account at Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds' discretion.
