If you are not satisfied with a piece of diamond jewelry you purchased from Birgie Diamant, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that this return policy does not apply to bespoke, custom-made products, or products made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Package your item and ensure the guarantee seal and certificate are included in the package.

Additionally, ROSY bonus cash, if provided, has a shorter expiration period and must be used before the promotion ends. No. Our customer service representatives cannot make adjustments to your ROSY Cash balance. You are responsible for managing and redeeming your ROSY Cash balance by logging into your ROSY CLUB account at https://www.rosylabgrowndiamonds.com/myaccount during checkout.

Although most ROSY cash is available within an hour, it can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.

Yes. If you used ROSY Cash on a returned item, the amount will be credited back to your account. Any ROSY Cash earned on the returned purchase will be removed.

Yes, we reserve the right to change the ROSY Cash and ROSY Bonus Cash amounts without prior notice. Once added to your account, the amounts will not be adjusted again unless they expire after one year.

Yes, this is possible. This can happen if you return a higher-value item after using ROSY Cash for a lower-value item.

ROSY CLUB members can make personalized offers to friends and family members and earn ROSY Cash when they make a purchase.

Members can enter a friend's email address on the ROSY CLUB page. Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds will send a personalized coupon code. When the friend makes a purchase using the code, they save $125 on an order over $1,000, and the member receives $125 in ROSY Cash.

The friend must make their purchase at www.rosylabdiamonds.com. Referral codes are currently not valid in physical stores.

Refer as many friends as you like, but not yourself or household members. Violations will result in cancellation of coupon codes and loss of ROSY cash rewards.

Referral codes are valid for 30 days. After a qualifying purchase, the member will receive a $125 ROSY cash bonus. It may take up to 45 days for the reward to appear in their account.
