If you are not satisfied with a diamond jewelry piece you purchased from Birgie Diamant, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that this return policy does not apply to custom-made products, special orders, or products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized. Pack your item and ensure that the warranty seal and certificate are included in the package.

Additionally, ROSY bonus money, if provided, has a shorter expiration period and must be used before the promotion ends. No. Our customer service representatives cannot make adjustments to your ROSY-Cash balance. You are responsible for managing and redeeming your ROSY-Cash balance by logging into your ROSY-CLUB account at https://www.rosylabgrowndiamonds.com/myaccount during the payment process.

Although the majority of the ROSY cash is available within an hour, it can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.

Yes. If you have used ROSY Cash for a returned item, the amount will be credited back to your account. The ROSY Cash earned for the returned purchase will be removed.

Yes, we reserve the right to change the amounts of ROSY Cash and ROSY Bonus Cash without prior notice. Once added to your account, the amounts will no longer be adjusted, except if they expire after one year.

ROSY-CLUB members can offer personalized deals to friends and family members and earn ROSY-Cash when a purchase is made.

Members can enter a friend's email address on the ROSY CLUB page. Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds sends a personalized coupon code. When the friend makes a purchase with the code, they save $125 on an order over $1,000 and the member receives $125 in ROSY Cash.

The friend must make their purchase on www.rosylabdiamonds.com. Referral codes are currently not valid in physical stores.

Recommend as many friends as you like, but not yourself or household members. Violations will result in the cancellation of voucher codes and the loss of ROSY cash rewards.

Referral codes are valid for 30 days. After a valid purchase, the member receives a ROSY cash bonus of $125. It may take up to 45 days for the bonus to appear in the account.
