  • Loose diamonds only: The price guarantee applies exclusively to loose lab-grown diamonds. Diamonds available in our "Design Your Engagement Ring" section are also eligible.
  • Exceptions: The price guarantee is not available for special orders through our Truly Custom program, as these orders include premium diamonds.

Comparison criteria:

  • Publicly visible prices: The competing price must be publicly visible and not a unique or individual sale. Websites that aggregate offers are not eligible.
  • Identical characteristics: The compared diamonds must have identical carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and shape. Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds staff have sole discretion to determine comparability.
  • Application before purchase: The price guarantee applies only before purchase. Partial refunds will not be granted after purchase.

Review process:

  • Link to competitor: Customers must provide a link to the competitor's diamond for verification.
  • Legitimate retailer: The diamond must come from a legitimate, certified retailer, not from an individual or private seller. Resale or commercial uses are not eligible.
