Free 30-day returns: Your satisfaction guaranteed

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the shipping date.

Extended holiday return periods: Shopping with extra time

For orders placed between November 14 and December 16, you can enjoy an extended return period until January 15 of the following year.

Return policies: Clear and transparent

• Return period: Once your return is accepted, you have 7 days to send back the item.
• Condition: All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documents.
• Certificate: Returns without the certificate for lab-grown diamonds (if applicable) will incur a replacement fee of €100 per missing certificate.
• Alterations: Items modified, engraved, or resized by unauthorized companies cannot be returned.
• Wear and damage: Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
• Approval: Packages without a return authorization number or refused deliveries will not be accepted.
• Return abuse: We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts of individuals who abuse the return policy.

• Original payment method: Most items can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method. This applies to ready-made styles and "Design Your Ring" styles.
• Credit: High-quality jewelry, special orders, and genuine custom pieces are only eligible for credit. This is clearly stated on the product page. Redesigning a genuine custom piece with credit is only possible once.

• Order search: Enter your information on our website.

Prepare your return:

• Include all original packaging, the return form, and diamond certificates.
• Place the jewelry in the original box.
• Place the jewelry box in a shipping carton (preferably the original).
• Include the return form.
• Seal the box and attach the prepaid DHL label.
• Do not write "jewelry" or "diamonds" on the package.

Ship your return:

• Drop off the package at a DHL location.
• Obtain a DHL receipt as proof of shipment.
• If using a different carrier, you are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Refund process:

• Our quality assurance team will inspect the return within 7 business days.
• Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or as credit, depending on the item.
• Credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle.
