Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty: Our Promise

We offer a lifetime manufacturer's warranty for all jewelry purchased through our website. This covers material and workmanship defects at the time of delivery. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, is non-transferable, and applies exclusively to purchases of Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds.

What is covered:

● Material and workmanship defects at the time of delivery.
● The optical properties of lab-grown diamonds will never fade or dull.

What is not covered:

● General wear and tear, scratches, damage from external influences, loss of the center stone, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
● Fading or discoloration of metals due to improper care (e.g., contact with whirlpools, swimming pools, perfumes, or chemicals).
● Normal wear and tear of precious metals, especially prongs.
● Loss of stones due to external impacts or damage.
● Repairs or services performed by unauthorized third parties.

Warranty Service:

If a manufacturing defect occurs, please contact our customer service. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your jewelry for inspection. If the damage is covered, we will repair or replace the jewelry free of charge. If not, you will receive a repair and shipping cost estimate.

Protecting Your Investment:

We recommend insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, severe damage, or damage to the center stone. Diamonds are durable but not indestructible.

Repairs & Maintenance:

We offer repair and maintenance services in our workshop, including side stone replacement, tightening prongs, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

Free Ring Resizing: Perfect Fit Guaranteed

● We offer a one-time free ring resizing within 30 days of shipping for orders from Europe.
● Additionally, we offer one free resizing per year for orders from Europe (excluding eternity rings).
● The customer covers shipping to us; we cover return shipping.
● Eternity rings must be remade; this is offered only once within 30 days.

Extended Product Protection: Enhanced Coverage

The Extended Product Protection covers defects and accidental damage not covered by our warranty, including chipped or cracked stones, faulty clasps, and stone loss.

● Additional services include re-polishing, rhodium plating, and ring resizing under our initial policy.
● Choose coverage from 1 year up to lifetime.
● Submit claims online 24/7.
