  • Loose diamonds only: The price guarantee applies exclusively to loose lab-grown diamonds. Diamonds available in our "Design Your Engagement Ring" section are also eligible.
  • Exceptions: The price guarantee is not available for special orders through our Truly Custom program, as these orders include premium diamonds.

Comparison criteria:

  • Publicly visible prices: The competing price must be publicly visible and not a unique or individual sale. Websites that aggregate offers are not eligible.
  • Identical features: The diamonds being compared must be identical in carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and shape. Rosy Lab Grown Diamonds staff has sole discretion to determine comparability.
  • Application before purchase: The price guarantee is only valid before purchase. Partial refunds are not available after purchase.

Review process:

  • Link to competitor: Customers must provide a link to the competitor's diamond for verification.
  • Legitimate Retailer: The diamond must come from a legitimate, certified retailer, not an individual or private seller. Resale or commercial use is not permitted.
  • Current prices: The lower price must be valid at the time of verification. Expired offers will not be accepted.
  • € prices: The competitor’s diamond must be marked in €.
  • Availability in stock: The competitor's diamond must be in stock and available for purchase.

Exceptions and restrictions:
